PLANNING YOUR VISIT

Please plan to arrive at our office 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Make sure to bring your filled out New Patient Registration Packet if you haven’t already filled it out online.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Skip the waiting room and stay in the comfort of your own car when you arrive.

Send us a text message to our secure line at (618) 939-0112 to check in and let us know you’re here. We will begin getting your room ready.

WHEN YOUR ROOM IS READY

Once your exam room is ready, we will text message you to come directly inside our office and head back to your room.

This process allows us to ensure that we maintain physical distance between our patients while properly sanitizing rooms and surfaces in between appointments.

Knock, Knock

Ginny Peter is now ready to see you!

Once we’ve had the chance to discuss symptoms and examine your child, we can then discuss the diagnosis and treatment options available for your child.  You may then safely exit your exam room and return to your car.
