Please plan to arrive at our office 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Make sure to bring your filled out New Patient Registration Packet if you haven’t already filled it out online.

Once we’ve had the chance to discuss symptoms and examine your child, we can then discuss the diagnosis and treatment options available for your child.  You may then safely exit your exam room and return to your car.
